Returns and/or Incorrect Items Shipped

We accept all returns as long as the item is shipped back within 14 days.  All returns receive a full refund.  If you have received an incorrect item, please email us at support@seriankids.com. We will send you a return label with paid postage and ship the correct item back to you.

Refunds

Once a return has been received, you will receive a refund back to your original method of payment.  You can expect to see this refund back within 3 to 5 business days.
