Order Fulfilment

All orders are fulfilled with 1-2 business days from the order date.  You will receive an order confirmation to the email account that you provide at checkout.  If your order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, we will contact you to get the correct shipping address and rebill you for the shipping fees.

Shipping

To ship within the U.S. and internationally, we use the US Postal system.  If you would like your order shipped any other way, please contact support@seriankids.com to arrange that prior to your order being fulfilled.

Damaged Freight

We make every effort to ensure all orders are packaged securely.  In case of damage during transit, please take pictures of the products and email them to support@seriankids.com including the name on the order.  We will then begin the process to replace the damaged items.

Returns and/or Incorrect Items Shipped

We accept all returns as long as the item is shipped back within 14 days.  All returns receive a full refund.  If you have received an incorrect item, please email us at support@seriankids.com. We will send you a return label with paid postage and ship the correct item back to you.

Payment and Privacy Terms

We accept Paypal and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  The processing of your credit card is through a third party service, Stripe. This is a secure independent server.  We do not store your credit card information on our website or server.  Stripe ensures that your information is kept safe and secure.  Your personal data will be used to support your experience throughout the website and complete the sale.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
